We tried pine cone feeders today! They were actually a lot easier than expected and lots of fun.
Pinecone bird feeder instructions:
1. Spread some peanut butter on a plate and some birdseed on another.
2. Roll the pinecones in peanut butter until mostly covered.
3. Roll the pinecones thoroughly in birdseed.
4. Tie 6-8 inches of string to the tip of each pine cone.
5. Hang in nearby trees and bushes.
6. Watch for friends!
